Hi guys-

Just wanted to drop a note and let y'all know I'm still relatively alive. I apologize for not having written anything in a while, but with an INSANE amount of classes (what was I thinking??!!? Why?!?!?) plus running track, I haven't had much time for fanfiction lately. Even my original stuff's been put on hiatus for the moment.

I know that given the season 4 finale of Numb3rs, a lot of people are wondering what's next for the Shallow series. The truth is, I'm Iron Man I have no idea. I have a few drabbles half-written that I'll finish and post when I can, but other than that, I'm really not sure. The point of Shallow--and I'm absolutely determined to stick to it--was to have a short, fun, feel-good series with no angst, no drama, and a lot of shirtless Colby laughs. And thanks to the encouragement and positive feedback I've gotten from all of you, it's been just that. = )

I had planned on leaving it open-ended indefinitely, but it seems now that it'll be coming to a close this summer. But I promise I'll end the series on good terms. And lots of good sex. *crosses heart*

So what about life after Shallow? No frickin' idea. xD Whatever comes my way. I've been writing a lot of Criminal Minds fic. So we'll see. Oh, and before I forget--I'm beta-ing now too, so drop me a note if you're looking for a Grammer Nazi-esque review, and come prepared to handle constructive criticism.
